Teacher Talk Tuesday
🤖 ChatGPT, Gemini, or Grok? Which AI Should Teachers Use?
Good Morning Y’all,
This one will be short and sweet, as there’s a lot of beach fun to be had… and very little time left to have it. (I “report back” in 2 weeks 😢)
But… before I apply the sun screen and bug spray, there is something I want to cover right quick. Over the past few months, I’ve had a lot of teachers ask me the same question: “Which AI assistant is best for classroom use? ChatGPT? Google’s Gemini? X’s Grok? HELP!”
And the honest answer? They all get the job done.
As always, if you find this info helpful, please share it with your teacher bestie!
Every platform brings something to the table. They can all generate solid lesson plans, support your daily routines, create rubrics, answer parent emails, and help streamline your teacher workload.
But when it comes to my personal preference? I choose ChatGPT.
Here’s why:
It’s easy to use.
It feels personalized and adapts to my needs.
The chat history and organization help me stay on top of multiple ideas and subjects.
It fits my flow. It saves me time. And it helps me focus on what really matters—connecting with my students.
But… You be you. Go with what you know. Use what works for you.
Bottom Line Y’all…
Don’t just take my word for it.
Take 15 minutes. Pick a simple classroom prompt. Run it through ChatGPT, Gemini, and Grok.
Compare the responses. Then ask yourself: Which one helps me work smarter, not harder?
That’s your answer. That’s your AI. 💡
Because in the end, the best tool is the one that helps you show up better… for your students and yourself.
